GTA San Andreas is huge compared to previous games, and as a result you have a lot more collectables to find. There's 250 collectable items altogether, and 100 of these are Tags which can be found in the streets of Los Santos, San Andreas. Unlike collectables, these must be sprayed over with a spray can however.
There should be 100 alright; search the flood control drainage system for more tags. There are about 5 tags in there: 1 Rollin' Heights Ballas, 1 Kilo Tray Ballas, 1 Front Yard Ballas, 1 Varrios Los Aztecas, and 1 Vagos tag. Pershing Square and the blocks immediately around it themselves have about 4 tags, 1 Ballas, and 3 Varrios Los Aztecas ones.
